Jon Nochta died peacefully after a long illness with his family by his side. As a lifelong resident of Arizona, he loved to hike the Arizona trails. Nature and animals brought much peace to him. He was a kind and gentle soul and loved to help those less fortunate.
He graduated from Arcadia High School, earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA at Arizona State University, as well as numerous designations in Auditing and Information Technology. His career began as an Internal Auditor for Good Samaritan Hospital, IT Audit Senior at First National Bank of Arizona and Security Analyst at Mutual of Omaha and Edward Jones.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Pat, his daughter Kate, mother Dorothy Nochta, brothers Jay and David Nochta, sisters Joann Cunningham and Kathy Knauber (deceased) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be held at 9:30am with a Funeral Mass celebrated at 10:00am at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 8620 N. 7
