Lorraine F. (Aka “Mitzy”) Olenski

On December 26, 2021, Lorraine F. Olenski (aka “Mitzy”), went home to be with our Savior, The Lord Jesus Christ.  She was welcomed into the heavenly gates by our loved ones who have gone before her, including husband, Edwin, son Edward, parents and numerous family and friends.  Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she moved with her family to Phoenix, Arizona in 1974 and most recently celebrated her 90th birthday on December 9th.  Mom leaves behind daughter Cheryl Hamman, son-in-law, Thomas, granddaughters Tarah Hamman, Jordan Purnell (Simon), grandson Zachary Hamman, the newest love of her life, great-grandson, Pierce Eddy Hamman and her best friend and furdaughter, Lucy, as well as her surviving siblings.  Mom held various jobs throughout her life, but of course, her most revered job was as a mother/grandmother/great-

grandmother.  A private memorial will be held this spring.  Family and friends will be notified.
