Indian School Road, Phoenix on Thursday, January 11th, at 10:00 A.M. with a Visitation starting at 9:30 A.M. A Burial will take place at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 Cave Creek Road, Phoenix at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 11, 2018.
