Ruben Pacheco

88 of Phoenix passed away peacefully on October 18, 2015. He is survived by his wife Juanita of 62 years, daughters Carmina Chavez, Georgina (Carlos) Eylicio, grandsons Carlos (Felicia), Jaime (Margarita), Diego, Sergio (Lubia), Marco (Claudia), Estevan and 8 great grandchildren. Ruben is preceded in death by son-in-law Manuel Chavez Jr. “Sleepy”. He proudly served his country in WWII. Ruben was a very dedicated family man who enjoyed cooking for his family, building things and spending quality time with loved ones. A Rosary will be held at 9:30 AM with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 E. Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ. A burial with Military Honors will follow at 1:00 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.
