Carmen was 88 years young and was born on July 16, 1926; she passed away peacefully May 22, 2015 with Loved ones by her side. She is preceded in death by her Loving husband of 62 years Vincent Peralta Sr., her daughter Sylvia Peralta-Aguilar (Joe Aguilar), her sister Marylou F. Calderon (Litcha), her great-grand son Brandon Gongora and her sister Lupe Abraham whom died the same day. Carmen is survived by her son Vincent Peralta Jr. & wife Loretta (Lance, Ashley, and Mitchell (Evie & Camie). Her eldest Granddaughter Bernice Peralta-Rivera & husband Robert Rivera (Bobby, Sylvia & Jojo). Roxanne Aguilar (Randy, Destany (C.J. & Brandon) David Gongora Jr (David Samuel) Joseph Aguilar III, & wife Angelina (Joseph, Ciara, Mia, & Jacob). Adena Peralta (EddieJo, Dylan, Vanesa). Guy Peralta & wife Heather (Ava, Phoenix), Alexis Peralta (Erica & Nick), and many many other family members and friends. Carmen was very involved in Golden Gate Settlement (GGB), Sacred Heart Church as an office assistant, and volunteer at the 7

Ave Senior Citizen Center where she was also a member. Carmen was known for her great cooking but especially her
refried beans
. All the grandchildren would go over to nana’s house just to have nana’s beans. Nana loved to dance, cook, travel, loved her Diamondbacks and let us not forget the

Street, Phx, AZ 85034. Viewing for Carmen will be from 9-10; Rosary will begin at 10, and Mass to follow. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48
