Funeral Mass will be held at 10am, Friday, May 11, 2012 at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix. Inurnment will take place back home in Chicago, IL. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Vincent DePaul.
