October 3, 1931 ~ October 3, 2020
Therese Valois Plante-Endres was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. She passed away
at 11:14pm on her 89th birthday, something ironic given she never did like to celebrate
her own special day.
She married at a young age and moved to California with her late husband, Ed. After
living there a number of years, they relocated to Arizona. She worked for Graybar
Electric for 30 years, retiring and living a full life. At the annual meeting of Graybar
retirees and her yearly jaunt to Las Vegas, she finally earned her treasured award for the
longest retiree.
Terry and her husband Joe recently took a wonderful trip to Hawaii. They were also able
to visit her beloved Paris a few years ago. They made many wonderful memories
together.
She was also a beloved Godmother and dear friend, considered part of a second family
that loved her dearly. “Aunt Terry” was fabulous, bold, and loving. She was recently a
“flower girl” at her Goddaughter’s wedding. She was a fashion queen and forever
wearing heels. She was always dressed to the nines with an effortless, polished and
elegant style that her family and friends worshipped. She loved her Louis Vuitton, wine,
hamburgers, and of course, dessert!
A devout Catholic, Terry was very generous and active within her parish. She never
missed an opportunity to help others, see her loved ones when they visited and share life
advice.
She is survived by her loving husband Joseph Endres and preceded in death by her
Mother Corrine Valois and her husband of 50 years, Edward Plante.
We will miss her, always. Although services will be private, it will be streamed live at https://www.facebook.com/WhitneyMurphyFH/live/, provided by Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E.
