Rafael "Ralph" Moreno Jr., 48, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on March 4, 2025. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, on May 1, 1976. Ralph was a beloved father, son, brother, nino and friend.

He is survived by his son, Dominic, and daughters, Valeria, Alyssa, Jada, Jacqueline, Angel, Madeline; his sister, Angela Ortiz (Robert Ortiz); his brother Stephen Moreno and his parents, Rafael Moreno Sr. and Dorothy Noreen Moreno (Figueroa).

Ralph was a pioneer in the telecommunications industry, known for his hard work, novelty, and dedication. Beyond his career, he was full of life and always the one to bring laughter and adventure wherever he went. But beneath all the excitement, Ralph had a heart full of love and generosity. Ralph’s legacy lives on in the people who loved him, the stories we share, and the impact he made. His presence was larger than life, and his absence is deeply felt.

Rest peacefully, Ralph. You are loved, you are missed, and you will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th from 5 PM - 8 PM with a Rosary at 6:30 PM at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85018. On Monday, March 10th at 10 AM a Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Basilica, 231 N. 3rd Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004. Burial to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
