Theresa M. Rascon

Theresa Rascon “Teddy” age 80 of Phoenix, AZ passed away peacefully in her home on April 12, 2012. Teddy was a former nurse at Maricopa Medical Center; a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. She is preceded in death by her daughter Ysabelle Reyes “Lizzie” and is survived by her 5 children: Corinne (Billy Chavira), Hector, Anna Olivas, Lenny (Debbie), and Katrina; (20) grandchildren and (26) great-grandchildren; and sisters Josephine Madrid and Rose Harbor. Visitation with Rosary at 9:30am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11am, Saturday, April 14th, 2012 at Brophy Chapel, 4701 N. Central Ave. Final resting place St. Francis Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road.
