Theresa Leona Ribar, 81, of Phoenix passed away November 12, 2018. She was born on November 19, 1936 to John and Susan Pavlik in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.
She is survived by her daughter Carol, her son Robert (Gwen) and granddaughter Hailey.
She is preceded in death by her husband Edward.
A Rosary will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E Indian School Road, Phoenix with Burial following at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. Theresa was a wonderful and loving mother to her daughter Carol and son Robert.
