Colton Jesse Robbins

July 31, 1997 ~ July 17, 2022

Our sweet Colton left us early on July 17th from a drug overdose. He battled the disease of addiction to the end, and we know he is now free of the pain and suffering he endured. We will hold tightly to all the joyful times we had with him. He was so loved.

Our hearts are shattered from losing our precious Colty. He had a quick wit, a beautiful smile and loved making people laugh. He was bright, curious, and ever charming. He felt things so deeply and never missed an opportunity to tell you he loved you. In middle and high school, he loved playing club lacrosse and traveling to play in tournaments. He was an artist, and his drawings will continue to bring us great joy. His proudest accomplishment was his time working at DR Horton Phoenix. Our world is dimmer with his passing.

Colton leaves behind his loving parents, Kiffie and Chris; his favorite ginger, sister, Ellie; his grandfather, Earl Spangler; grandparents, Jean and Jesse Robbins; his aunt and uncle, Holly and Andy James; uncles Michael Spangler and Doug Spangler; and his cousin, Jessica Spangler. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Jane Spangler. He has many extended family members and friends who will also greatly miss him.

Though his life was short, he shined bright with his kind heart and his love for those struggling.

We ask that in lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in memory of Colton to Crossroads, Inc. (

https://thecrossroadsinc.org/giving/

) an organization providing treatment to those struggling with addiction or PAL-Parents of Addicted Loved Ones

(

https://palgroup.app.neoncrm.com/np/clients/palgroup/donation.jsp

) giving support and hope to families.  Colton was a proud tissue and organ donor through the Arizona Donor Network. You can also give someone the gift of hope by registering online at

Our family is so grateful for the overwhelming support and love we have received. We want to especially thank Cavalry Healing Center and their incredible staff for always giving Colton a place where he was supported and deeply cared for during his battle with addiction.

A celebration of Colton’s life will be held for family and friends.
