Rodney Brown was named Roderick Allen Brown when he was born on December 9, 1958, 7 lbs. and 9 oz. He grew into this wonderful human being I called my Son. He has three Brothers Kenneth Brown, Jr. (older) and Keith & Tracy Brown (younger).
He attended William T. Machan grade school and went to North Phoenix High School. He started working at his Grandfather’s machine shop and learned the Chroming trade. Unfortunately, at the time he was looking for that kind of work there were none to be found. He worked at Sky Harbor Phoenix International airport for a private company. Later he started repairing electronics and eventually he started working on bicycles at home.
He married Rhonda Jackson in 1986 and they had a sweet little girl named Amber Nicole Brown. After a few years Rodney & Rhonda divorced and the baby stayed with her Mother Rhonda. Rodney moved around and lived in different places, finally he moved in next door to his parents, Kenny & Dolly Brown. He was living there at time of his passing.
He is survived by his Mother Virginia (Dolly) Brown and two Brothers Kenneth Brown, Jr. (older) and younger Brother Tracy. Also Niece’s Audra & Aften Brown and Great Niece Serenity Brown and Nephew’s Richard & Kyel Brown and Great Nephews Christopher Saenz and Nathaniel Patterson as well as numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his Father Kenneth Brown, Sr., younger Brother Keith Brown, Daughter Amber Brown and both sets of Grandparents, Chelsey ‘Chet’ and Virginia Northrop. Also, Jack and Ruby Brown. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
