Robert R. Sanchez

Robert (Bob) Sanchez, beloved husband, and father, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 29, 2017 surrounded by his family. Robert was born December 3, 1931 in Divine, Texas and after serving in the Army relocated to Arizona where he met his sweetheart, Mary Sernas. They were married on December 19, 1954. Bob is survived by his wife, Mary Sanchez and their four children, JoAnn Sanchez-Krug, Barbara Kubiak, Robert Sanchez Jr. and Gregory Sanchez, and his 14 Grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with a Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th Street, Phoenix.
