96, of Phoenix, AZ passed away May 16, 2015. She is survived by her niece Maria Mackie (Jack) and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Anselm. Kay was a Catholic Daughter. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, May 21
