Francis X. Iv Schuler

Passed away on June 2, 2015. Fran was born in New York City, New York and grew up in Great Neck, Long Island. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees. Fran served in the U.S. Air Force and received the Distinguished Flying Cross on June 14, 1973, and The Air Medal on April 11, 1973, March 4, 1974 and June 30, 1974. Fran’s professional career was as an airline pilot and is a retired captain. Fran is survived by his wife, Lorraine and by his brother Ron. Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home.
