Stephen Richard Yannone, born in April 1943 in Canton, Ohio, passed away in May 2024 at the age of 81. Stephen was a dedicated and honorable man who served his country with distinction as a Specialist 5th Class in the US Army, where he held the vital role of CH-21 Helicopter Crew Chief.
In 1971, Stephen relocated to Arizona, where he built a successful career as a real estate agent, serving the community with integrity and expertise for over 40 years. His contributions to the real estate industry were significant, and his commitment to his clients was unwavering.
Stephen's love for the outdoors was a defining aspect of his life. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in hunting, fishing, and exploring the natural beauty of Arizona. He cherished his time in Phoenix and later retired in the scenic locales of Cave Creek and Payson, Arizona, where he continued to enjoy the tranquility of nature.
He is survived by his beloved children, Nicholas, Stephanie, and Alisha Cabatic, as well as his treasured granddaughter Mia Cabatic and son-in-law Claron Cabatic. Stephen's life was also enriched by the companionship of his loyal canine friend, Brillo.
Stephen will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His legacy of service, dedication, and love for the outdoors will be remembered and cherished by those he leaves behind.

A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. with a memorial service to begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 to honor Stephen's life and his contributions to his family and community at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road, Phx, AZ 85018.
