age 50, passed away on December 5, 2011 in Roswell, GA after his second long battle with cancer. Mark was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. Mark married his soul mate Debra Montagnari-Stephens in 2001 and together they raised a son and a daughter from Mark’s previous marriage. A graduate of Arizona State University, Mark spent 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry before leaving to form his own xonsulting business. Recently, Mark was employed by the National Patient Advocate Foundation in Washington, D.C. where he worked on state government affairs issues. Mark is survived byhis loving wife Debra; his parents Bill and Betty Stephens; his children William “Travis” Stephens and Stephanie Stephens; his brothers Michael Stephens (Janet Cook his partner); his niece Roxanne Stephens and his pet dog “Gertie”. The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 7th, 2012 at 10:00am at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mark’s honor to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
