75, of Phoenix Arizona, passed away on March 13, 2017. He was born on July 15, 1941 in Munda, Texas. He is survived by his wife Velia, daughters Patricia (Joe) Andrade, Anna Marie (Jeff) Elliott and Sandra (Vince) Houle, son Andrew (Susie) Torres, 4 brothers, 5 sisters, 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great, great-granddaughter.
