Timothy Joseph Tweeton

Timothy Joseph Tweeton, of Phoenix, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018, at the age of 71. He was born on July 5th, 1946, in Wadena, MN, to his late parents, Zola and Irvin Tweeton. He received his law degree from Arizona State University in 1972. He owned his own legal practice, where he worked to ensure that the legal system worked for everyone, regardless of means. He was an avid sports fan and often enjoyed playing golf, particularly with members of his family. He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher and his brothers, David and Lester. He is survived by his children, Timothy Colin Tweeton and Caroline Pricher, his two grandchildren, Stadon and Scarlett, as well as his brothers Michael and Jeffrey and his sister Norma, in addition to several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home on Sunday, April 22nd, at 11:00A.M. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Innocence Project.
