Charlotte Williams

79 of Phoenix, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2017. Charlotte attended St. Matthew’s, St. Mary’s High School, Phoenix College and ASU. She received her Master’s in education from ASU. She taught at Scottsdale High School, GCC and PC. The subjects she taught were typing, shorthand, Business English and Computer Science. She was a devout Catholic with a deep love for Mary. She actively participated in the preparation of Rosary Sunday each year. She wrote prayer books for the Rosary, Holy Communion, etc. She also participated in the Prison Ministry where she would pray the Rosary with the prisoners and teach about Mary. She made recordings for Radio Family Rosary. She was a Catholic Daughter of over 20 years and was also affiliated with the Legion of Mary. For over 20 years, she would get the Tilma of Our Lady of Guadalupe and take her to schools, abortion clinics, and churches sharing the miracles and the story of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Late this month, Robert and Charlotte would have celebrated their 47

wedding anniversary. Even to her last days, you could see the love that they have for each other. They had 2 kids, Paul and Elizabeth, 2 grandchildren, Veronica and Tony, and of course 2 pooches, Shadow and Twilight. A Vigil will be held from 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. with the Rosary prayed at 7:00 P.M., Monday, June 5, 2017 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Parish, 4715 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix. Interment will follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery.
